OxyGo Modules Group divizia de case modulare si constructii rapide a grupului SudRezidential.ro iti propune modulul Qtm A Frame, modul conceput in cadrul departamentului nostru de arhitectura pentru a fi folosit ca si posibila locuinta de vacanta, spatiu comercial sau unitate locativa permanenta pe care o poti amplasa cu usurinta si rapiditate aproape oriunde doresti si pe care o poti avea in cel mai scurt timp posibil.
Acest nou model de casa modulara poate fi construit cu usurinta folosind mai multe tipuri de structuri: structura de lemn, panouri SIP termoizolate, structura metalica grea tip container si nu in cele din urma structura metalica usoara.
Toate aceste tipuri de structuri vor permite ca executia si montajul oricarui modul ales sa fie posibile intr-un timp foarte scurt daca se opteaza pentru oricare dintre aceste sisteme constructive, dar trebuie mentionat si faptul ca modulele se pot construi si pe structura de rezistenta conventionala, folosind cadre si grinzi din beton armat cu inchideri ale peretilor din caramida izolanta.

Noul model este configurat in varianta prezentata pentru a fi folosit ca locuinta de vacanta, fiind gandit ca si functionalitate drept o casa modulara moderna, compacta, ce dispune de o suprafata de construita 107 mp, fiind compartimentata echilibrat, dupa cum urmeaza: la parter – living + bucatarie cu suprafata generoasa de 40 mp, dormitor amplu 14 mp, baie 6 mp, hol 4.5 mp, iar la etaj – dormitor 14 mp si hol 3 mp. Casa modulara include in suprafata de 107 mp si doua terase, de 12 mp, respectiv 4 mp.
Acest model de casa modulara poate avea intrebuintari multiple, cu numeroase posibilitati de compartimentare interioara pentru a putea fi folosita ca spatiu de inchiriere si poate fi comandat in doua variante diferite, respectiv cu unul sau doua dormitoare.
Aceste module se pot finisa interior si se pot personaliza la exterior dupa preferintele fiecarui client, pot avea functiuni diferite si pot fi transportate oriunde, pe teritoriul Romaniei.
